Hi, i do apologize if my question is not on right address but the thing is i am form SERBIA and currently i live in Columbus, OHIO, i tried to contact some radio amateur clubs in order for me to get back on "road" and do all the tests so i can buy a HAM radio and start doing some DX, ( i use to in serbia and my call sign was 45CAT100) but none of them reply on my e-mails. Can somebody tell me what i have to do and on what "door" to knock to get all those needed info for what i wanna do? Thank You on Your time.
